CAPA-MC CFC Compaign

It is the time of the year again – being thankful and giving. With your tax deductible donation to local community non-profits like CAPA-MC, you are making a difference. CAPA-MC is on the DC area Federal government CFC list (CFC#75754). So if you are a federal employee, you can sign up your donation through https://cfcgiving.opm.gov/welcome

We are also on Facebook and PayPal Charity list and you could search and donate as well. Or simply go to https://capamc.org and donate.

Your support will support Dr. Alan Cheung community service scholarship, various student clubs on Journalism,   free English classes for elderly immigrants, community services, and leadership training for our  parent and student volunteers.

金秋时节凉风红叶，又到了一年收获的季节。在美国，这也是共庆、感恩、分享的季节。全国上下都是捐款和筹款的活动。今年我们蒙郡华裔家长会 CAPA-MC登上了Federal Government 联邦政府CFC募捐的名单（CFC#75754），正式向在大华府地区以及全国的联邦员工募捐！希望得到大家的支持！详情请看下面的视频https://youtu.be/iphC-dhEu9o

如果您是联邦雇员，只需要到这个网页简单登记一下，https://cfcgiving.opm.gov/welcome, 就可以益人益己一举多得，既帮助自己的工作单位满足捐款的目标，又可以帮到服务社区的非牟利机构，而且所有的捐款都是免税的。您还可以设定每个月从工资里直接捐款。如果每两周捐$5, 一年下来就是$130. 而这$5不捐的话，打完税后到自己手里也许就是$3而已。聚沙成塔，积少成多，您的每一份捐款都会让社区受益。

如果您不是联邦雇员，您也可以直接到我们的网页www.capamc.org捐款。或者用PayPal charity直接搜寻CAPAMC即可。

希望我们华裔家长会这几年的活动可以得到您的认同和支持。从张博士社区领导力奖学金，到义务教愈百名社区老人英文；从小记者俱乐部，到公校系统保住农历新年无课日；从倡导亚裔历史进入公校教材，到倡导增加亚裔教职工，我们的几百位无偿大小义工去年就投入了愈万个小时“兴教为本，共建社区”！

希望您能以义工小时或者捐款形式支持我们。每年的CFC所获捐款将自动拨款一半到张博士奖学金，另外一半支持我们的组织运作，包括邮箱租赁，保险、网页运作、各个学生俱乐部运作经费、五月亚太月及各类讲座活动开支等。

希望我们的社区人人都是善长仁翁，捐款不在多少，贵在心意！希望在为社区奉献的路上，有您同行！
