APACT Fund/Asian Pacific American Coming Together against COVID

Asian Pacific Americans Coming Together APACT

We are part of America. We chose to call America home and our children know no other home. We have planted our roots deep in this community and have received abundantly from this country. Now our country is in need, it is our duty to give back.

We are a group of Asian Pacific American (APA) community organizations coming together to support the communities we live in. COVID19 has taken away and disrupted many lives. While many of us are fortunate to keep our jobs and stay home, the first responders and medical professionals are on the front lines exposing themselves to risks. Many people have lost their jobs and many businesses have been devastated by the necessary shutdown and social distancing orders. Kids who rely on school meals are struggling to get food.

We established the Asian Pacific American Coming Together (APACT) Fund to raise $100,000 to support our local restaurants and people in need by purchasing over 6000 meals and cleaning supplies to donate to first responders, homeless shelters, food kitchens, and hospitals.
